All prices are designated in Euro (EUR). The price applicable is that of which is stated on the day the order is made. Payment can be done via bank card, charge card or credit card if connected to Visa or MasterCard. Please observe that the delivery recipient's name and address must match with the card/account holder's name and address. Vallgatan 12 will not ask for any additional charges for payment with card. We use a safety standard produced by VISA and MasterCard for payment over Internet. The transfer takes place with a safe SSL-encryption. This means no one without permission can see your card details. 


Stock products - All products if not specifically stated otherwise. Stock products are normally sent from us within 2-6 business days. If a large order is made or a delivery from supplier is delayed the products could have a longer delivery time. In these cases the buyer is informed of this as soon as we have handled the order. If there were special reasons for the product to be delivered at the right time it is important for you as a customer to inform us of this.

Non-stock products - Products that have specific terms of delivery. All given delivery times for non-stock items are approximated. If the delivery time is not stated we will come back to you together with the order processing. If you order more than one product with different delivery times at the same time, they will be sent at the same time when all products have arrived to us. 

Delivery cost

Orders over 200€ within EU has free shipping, for orders under 200€ a shipping fee of 15€ is added. 

For orders outside of EU a shipping fee of 25€ is added.

Delivery options

DHL - Depending on the size of the package and the geographical availability in your area packages can be delivered with DHL home delivery during daytime or to the nearest pick-up point. Please apply your mobile number for notification, a notification is also sent to your home. Delivery is done to your door or gate on non-holiday weekdays between 7-17, carrying inside is not included. DHL will contact you to book a delivery time with a 2-hour interval. Please observe that as a receiver you cannot decide a delivery interval because it is controlled by DHL's fixed routes at your neighbourhood.

Fee for unclaimed consignments or failed delivery attempt

In the cases of packages, letters, postal packages or larger parcels are returned to Vallgatan 12 by the freight company because of the buyer/receiver: 1) has not collected the package from delivery point; 2) has not been reachable on supplied mobile number for notification; 3) refused to receive delivery; or 4) stated incorrect name-, address or contact details, Vallgatan will charge the client a fee. For letters and parcels the fee will be 30 euro and for larger parcels the fee will be 60 euro. The charge is taken to pay for Vallgatan 12's cost of the return freight and the return administration and this will be charged via invoice or the fee amount being deducted from the order sum which is refunded after the return has arrived to Vallgatan. In case of DHL or Vallgatan coming to an agreement with the receiver of time and day for the delivery but he/she is not there at the time of delivery, an additional fee will be added for a new delivery to be agreed upon. 


An order placed on our webstore or via phone Distanshandelslagen is applied. This means that you as a customer has the right to undo your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. The product should be in original condition, that is unused and undamaged. The product shall be in the original packaging. When you utilize your right to undo your purchase you as a customer will pay for the return freight. The package must be sent in a way that the product arrives to the return address. We have no ability to fetch the package at a delivery point or the shipping company's distribution centre. Non-stock items and products that are made-to-order are not allowed to return. Items sealed for hygiene reasons such as underwear, beachwear and beauty products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Gift certificates, posters, books and magazines are also excluded from the returning right. 

A refund is normally done within 1-5 business days, but at the most within 30 days, after that we have received and approved the return. Observe that if you have chosen to pay by invoice the invoice shall be paid even if you return the product. A refund of the order sum is made after the returned product has been approved. Please contact before you return a product.

Vallgatan 12 are not responsible for any transport damage of the returning product, therefore send your return well packaged. In association with an eventual return, the customer is responsible for the product. When buying a product not in stock, special made or in any way customized for you the right to undo your purchase is withdrawed. This could for example be a sofa in a specific fabric and colour produced just for you. The right to undo your purchase does not apply for company customers. 



You have the right to refund a product if you believe the product was manufactured incorrectly. Contact us within 14 days at and attach clear images on the defective product and state your order number. If the complaint touches on a fault of the product or that we have expedited the wrong product we will pay the for the return delivery. We will also replace the product for a new one, alternatively if the product is out of stock we will pay back the sum you paid for the product. 

Transport damages

Important: Carefully inspect the products for any damages when receiving the package. For products or packages with visible, outer transport damages to be refunded the damages must be noted on your waybill from the shipping company together with a quittance, ask the driver to note the damages and sign. If you were to discover hidden faults/transport damages after opening the package, contact us as soon as possible. For all transport damages please contact and attach clear images on the damage and any damage on packaging and state your order number. For us to be able to refund the damages against our conveyor we will need to report the transport damages within 1-3 days. We will therefore be very thankful if you report to us wihtin this time. If the transport is received without an endorsement, with proxy, it cannot be refunded. 



Vallgatan 12 guarantees, according to Personuppgiftslagen (PUL), that personal details will never be shared to a third party. If you are under the age of 18 you must have a guardian's persmission to order from us. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Vallgatan 12 has the right to the cancel an order if fraud is suspected. 

We strive to get our colours and textures on our products to look as precise as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the images shown on the website are copies of the reality. How for example colours are displayed can depend on your computer, screen's settings etc. We often use images from our suppliers, meaning we have no possibility of affecting the way the image is taken to make them look as good and realistic as possible. 

We carry the right to afterwards correct eventual faults in details on the site. We reserve ourselves for any faults including product information, price, shipping, stock etc. Even after a completed purchase and delivered order confimation we have the right to change details at any misprints.
